Ross Activities

Ross Parish Church Choir is a thriving choir of around 50 singers of all ages. The church has its own dedicated music site .

The Sunday School and a creche meet in St Mary's Hall, on the north side of the churchyard each first and third Sunday at 9.30am unless there is an All Age Service. All children under 8 are welcome. For youngsters between 8 and 15 we have sessions during the sermon when they leave the main service and go to the choir vestry (8-11s) or the upper room (11-15s) for their own teaching session. They return to the main service at the Peace.

Mothers' Union meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 2.30pm in St Mary's Hall.

Toddlers' Group meets on the first and third Thursday of each month. Toddlers and their mums, dads and carers have a service at St Mary's, Ross at 2.00pm. Afterwards they go to the hall for refreshments, a chat or a play. All are welcome.

Bellringing The eight bells of St Mary's ring each Sunday before the 9.30am service. They also ring for weddings and special occasions. Practice night is Tuesday, come to the tower if interested.

Church Watch is organised by Ken Burchell. We try to keep the church open each day so that it can be used for private prayer and receive visitors. New volunteers are always welcome to join our welcome team!
